Ted, I have a novel idea. How about we define "stimulus" as any spending that actually "primes the pump" and has a potential multiplicative effect over the short-term? Anything else is "pork," especially spending programs that are obvious giveaways to anyone who has lobbied for or contributed to the Democratic Party. Tenchusatsu
