Breaking 220 is turning into quite a battle.

Bill: I think you're stuck on the starchiest of the allowable veggies -- the peas and carrots of your curry dish. Getting rid of the wheat, corn, rice, etc, is great, but the peas and carrots are holding you up.

I know you don't like rabbit food, but you've got to learn to like broccoli, spinach, etc. Start replacing the peas and carrots and you'll blow through 220 like it wasn't there.

The way to do this is to just start adding the low-carb veggies to your diet, leaving less room for the the starchier stuff. Change the balance.

When my wife started adding fresh baby spinach to everything we eat -- from soups to omelets, and as a "base" for dishes like sauteed scallops and chicken curries -- we started losing weight in a big way.

And it's a very easy thing to do. Buy it (fresh baby spinach) by the bag from any supermarket. It keeps well in the bag for several days. Toss a handful into or under whatever you're eating. (Well, ok, not the oatmeal.) Put some under your curry when you nuke it, so it wilts a bit. Makes it easier to take, and after awhile you might actually start to like it -- and when it starts working for you, you will REALLY start to like it.

This will work. Say goodbye to 220!
