What will it be the "new Dynamic in order to continue its once great and high standard of living?" It is the first time in human's mankind that a great power return to its natural size. The new dynamic means the US no longer will have the economy to support the power projection into the world which conjures the idea of the empire, as an analogy to the empires of yore. That means there will be less taxes and less internal support for the above. The standar of living will only be supported as the country can produce goods and services to the growing mass of populaces fo the emerging markets. Previous empire returned to natural size by violent means: Last we had that was the first two decades 20th century: WWI dealt away with: Otoman, Habsburg, British, German and Romanov empires at a single blow. World continued as if they didn't even existed. So empires falling off is not a surprise and the world moves as if they did not matter. That -empire wipe out of the fist 3 decades of the 20th Century- gave opportunity for a two new empires to raise: US and USSR. USSR dealt away peacefully de facto in 1990, collapsed like a house of cards. Remaining the US empire and now it is gracefully returning to its natural size. Very unlikely that a new empire will raise as projecting power into regions of the world. The reason is globalization, trade relations, Satelite TV, Internet and less cannon fodder. Islam peak has passed. It is now on a downward slope. Trying hard to keep the girls and boys from becoming normal, while at the same time nbeing forced to give them schooling, as they have mobile phones and laptops dirty cheap to use and having a glimpse of the world 'out there'. They want to keep them in the mountains of Pkaistan, Iranian deserts and bushes of Asian and subcontinet. In 30 years they will be gone for good.
