"solid stool" i always have that problem since i am a poor veg. eater. about three weeks ago i added a stick of celery with the v8 juice, use it to mix the liq, hot sauce and lemon then as snack along with v8. changed from eating my home made oat bran muffins to making irish oat bran , steel cut, cereal. I add flaxseed powder to a cup of it at breakfast. lunch added raw broccoli crowns , peeled carrots, celery to my lunch salad and more flaxseed powder over the salad. i no longer have a stool problem. my weight continues around 192/193 now, however i started lifting dumbells daily and building muscle. My shoulders, arms, chest are much larger, legs more solid since using bike.

i may be at a stand still pretty much since mid dec because of weight lifting, just added a few pounds to dumbells. Plus i consume a salad that would feed a whole family. I eat two meals daily and this week cut back on fresh fruit, usually three cups at breakfast to two cups plus protene, and cereal. lunch i have fish or chicken on top of salad. i am going through a lot of olive oil, i will cut back on this fat, and need to cut back on size of salad. It takes two hands to lift the plate. Salad consists of mixed greens, onions, carrot, broccoli, celery, stuffed olives, grape tomatoes, flax powder, olive oil, wine vinger, topped off with a sections of fresh fish or chicken breast.

i do not measure my meals. small adjustments should get me dropping weight again.
