Ed,
if I were END, I would drill up Norway to the max right now (it is essentially free once you have a production base - as END does - as exploration costs in Norway can be written off against the 70% resource tax streams immediately) and later sell the Norway asset to a utility type consortium of European gas downstream firms (PAR.OL sold their producing Volve field interest + nice exploration acreage for $200m recently)

END can also farm into some US Texas NG wells, and sell the properties later - by this they could also tap their US based NOL carryfowards that they inherited...

If they embark on both plans, maybe no farm out would be necessary at all..
