If I don't otherwise state it, assume that I got the information from the IR or directly from the company. I don't post rumors from third parties unless I indicate where it came from or that it is a rumor. If I see something negative developing or a deviation from my own or the company's expectations, then I will post that to this board as well. One of the problems I find with people posting to SI is that they discuss company and industry details adnausium when they could just call the company and ask a few well prepared and probing questions. You don't always get everything answered, but you'd be surprised how much you can find out just by asking.

The forecasts are from the company's pro-formas in their business plan. It makes revenue, net, and EBIDA asumptions based on the placement of certain numbers of Tranz Enabler units over the next three years. I was told that this information is used for negotiation with telcos, and others and for production planning and financing purposes. I got this from the company with warnings that it was for planning purposes only. However, it provides a good framework to judge the prospects and progress toward their plan. I assume that everyone on this board can make their own evaluation of the company's prospects and I suggest that you do at least a rudimentary spreadsheet of what are likely scenarios for build out of the Tranz Enabler business.

More formal information will undoubtedly come out when the company registers for full NASDAQ listing later this year.
