Shows AOL growth flat and Compuserve down 10%.
Market had added $1,000 per sub for 2.6m CSi subs,
Deal won't close until at least Q1 98, by which time
CSi could be down another 10%.

As to AOL, flat growth means no growth of ad rates or
growth to size of appeal to advertisers looking for
even larger audience.
