All I'm saying is the stimulus plan is NOT the place to increase yet again this welfare. If the number of people needing it increases or the length of time it's needed increases, then not increasing it enough to match the increased need then you re effectively taking away their food stamps. That sounds mean to me. Not that it necessarily IS mean, but the optics are bad.
