Orson, I agree completely. Japanese wealth has certainly caused a more consumption-oriented society than before. So they farm out semi production to Taiwan, where it can be done at lower cost. You are correct in your interpretation of fund managers motivations also. It's classic losers game mentality. Fortunately we don't have to play that game. SC
