Except the reagan-bush41-clinton years which were overall good times sandwhiched between the early 80s mess and this one. Now we need such a 30 year period between obama and whoever that republican is who will take over 28 years from now. Repubs had it right for 30 years and clinton continued reagan against some of the radical repubs.
