sun salute yoga stretching, to be done as slowly as you can do it, like Tai chi, again designed to stretch all the fascia and tendons, muscles, and massage the organs, only going as far as you feel tightness, and that is why you do it slowly. You don't want to pull a muscle or group of muscles..

These two basic movement therapies combined with the energetic breathing, will open many stuck Chi places. Don't over do either, slow regular practice slowly adding reps over weeks or months of practice. Energy and movement go together.
