Yep... I think it's over until someone buys them out.

There's always the possibility of a rally, but with that "make whole" provision, as well as all the outstanding litigation, it's a big hole they've dug themselves into.

And of course, there's the very poor history of the management team.

But that said, the new stimulus package supposedly has extensive money set aside for IT upgrades and that optical connectors business might actually prove a good buy (but at too high a price).

Just my gut opinion. Haven't really followed the company fundamentally since last spring. But the stock price and lack of action speaks volumes.
