(i) loosen up on its high tech goodies for export in exchange for recycling of dollars,
(ii) let go of more of its overseas corporate assets in exchange for wasting dollars,
because the empire's cupboards are going bare, powerless everywhere, less the credibility, down, out, and
the middle kingdom already has taiwan by the balls so that its heart and mind will follow, and
whereas the empire's allies, to the last one, including new zealand, are either completely wrecked or soon enough will be, even as mr. kgb-eyes-and-soul putin is marching down the path of direction unknown.
