It is related to the infringement of your right to yell fire in a crowded theater. You can be forced to carry insurance for your liability to others. Explain how my failure to insure my health infringes your rights and I will reconsider. We can be forced to buy auto insurance but buying health insurance conflicts with the goals of the founding fathers??? Give me a break... You are not a lawyer. You are not expected to get the law.
