Alas, poor Buddy... You should know by now that I was just tweaking Kenneth's nose. Apparently you forgot that eight years ago Kenneth was blaming George Bush for the recession he had inherited from Bill Clinton. I was simply returning the favor. :) As to this: Obama won't even BEGIN to introduce his first proposed budget --- for fiscal year 2010 --- to Congress until the end of next month Where have you been, Buddy? The budget is irrelevant now that we have close to a one trillion dollar "stimulus" package waiting in the wings. I'd hardly call this "normal stuff". :) Diz-
