Then, last month, I said to my sons, "Boys, here's some $ Ma gave me. Ask not what yer country can do fer you; help the president stimulate the economy by putting in solar electric." B4 the year is out, I hope to tell my clinic, "ax not, etc", and give them $, + a matching grant to get the dope growers to spring fer a few panels. And give a few thou, on an on-going basis, to the HS for college scholarships.
