My wife and I were away one time when my mom was taken to the hospital ER. My brother drove the two hours to the hospital. When he got there she was on a bed in the lobby of the ER and the nurse was trying to get her to answer questions about insurance. All of her info was supposed to be sent with her from assisted living but somehow it wasnt sent or got lost.
