What's really interesting is that the Electronic Medical Record is now in use in practically ALL hospitals and now in a substantial percentage of physicians offices.

Yet, somehow, Oboma thinks he's going to save billions by "implementing" something that is already being implemented.

Al is FOS. Of course, you have to fill out new forms. If you don't have a centralized database, you will have to in the future as well. When you move toward a centralized database there are huge issues that are difficult to resolve and frankly, will take another decade to get worked out. And this will happen with or without Obama.

These things take time. And if you don't allow sufficient time, you end up with a train wreck.

Al should be glad his parents are getting the best health care in the world.
