If you choose not to buy health insurance, and end up in the hospital for 6 months, have you harmed others?

Of course not. No more so that if I choose not to buy flood insurance and my house washes away. Perhaps one could try to make the case that, if I can't afford to rebuild, my bare foundation has created an eyesore for my neighbors, but that's a bit of a stretch.
