I didn't mean to infer that foreign markets were more attractive only that Amati's focus on world markets seemed wise in the light of RBOCs history of changing course at glacial speeds. Incidentally, I learned this morning that the DMT/CAP debate has been provisionally decided in favor of DMT. Check the Motley Fool Amati folder for letter from Kim Maxwell, Chairman of ADSL Forum.
