Hi, Chris!

Here's how I do what I think you're trying to do. Make sure you've clicked on the "Maintain F*.DOP files" box in the Downloader options. Now, whenever you download new data, the DL will create the DOP files. You already know that and want to create DOP files for existing data files. To quickly create DOP files for all issues in a sub-directory, copy all the data files to another sub-directory and then copy them back using the DL. This will create the DOP files for all the issues. Pretty simple, huh?
