We are miles away from getting past the problems of having sensitive medical data in some centralized database where untold numbers of people will have access to it while maintaining control and you have many, many incompetent people with the responsibility of updating said data.

If you thought checking the Dalibama's passport records were fun - just wait until they publish his medical records.
