PS: Now that the stimulus bill has apparently ruled out aid to the states do you think that will provide impetus for the California legislature to resolve their differences? No idea. I would like to see a stronger, bigger stimulus bill with a big revenue sharing component and a different Fed chair when B's term is over. He was asleep at the wheel when this mess started and I'm afraid that he will still be asleep at the wheel when it's time withdraw liquidity.
