(We'll see what the Utility Commission actually does about S.C.'s power needs. Nukes ain't exactly cheap either - far from it - and take a long time to put in place. Wonder if the Gov. gets over-ruled by his own appointees... or if S.C. suffers from power problems and this turns into a political liability and a deterrent to businesses.)
