The really good news was in three items below the headline income and FFO numbers:

1. The company indicated that it had successfully obtained new financing, with no maturities until 2011.

2. Construction of ACC4 and ACC5 has restarted.

3. Although the dividend remains suspended for Q1 and Q2 of 2009, the company indicated that it plans to pay dividends of 0.17 to 0.23/sh during 2009.

Clarity on these issues should be a positive catalyst for the REIT.
