Obfuscation, to those who understand it, recognize systemic inertia as one of its primary characteristics.

FINRA who regulates ops in broker dealers has a bandwidth deficit, they are failing to inform their cohorts of the obvious complaints investors are manifesting with broker dealers.

No locating and disconnect supply and demand, are phenomena which can be masked, but cant be overcome, by slight of hand systemic intent.
