We are in a catch22 phase. Businesses don't want to initiate new projects involving tooling and new OEM parts until they see the economy stabilize. But the economy won't stabilize until manufacturers start initiate new tooling projects.

Hope the market doesn't go down for new lows. Media will make sure we all feel miserable.
