I think the best strategy would be to start a company and create your own 2x ETFs.

Dec 24th, NYMEX crude was 35.35, HOU was 9.75.

At the moment, NYMEX crude is 35.56, HOU is 5.29.

I don't suppose there is any oversight of the daily rebalancing... No, I guess not...
