Did they give a reason why the lawsuit is not being pursued? But back to business, SBYT is 1 of about a hundred app develpers looking at RTIME along with GTE, IBM, MSFT, UB Networks, etc. RTIME is a company that has introduced a communications protocol for networked, multi user apps jazzed up with 3D graphics. Its able to handle the complicated traffic such applications represent including the internet. RTIME intends to make money via its RTIME server. The SDK is free. RTIME staffers led the WAN dvlpmnt for the US army's SimNet. REf EET Aug 19 1996 P.122 cliff
