My guess on the Census problem is that the last few censuses have skipped probably millions of people , most poor,urban and non-english speaking. That's a "politically correct" version of the story. The reality is different. Changing census = count into a political game. Obama is burning through his political capital (and good will) like a drunken sailor. Or, like Congress is burning through dollars... Joe
