Why wouldn't China talk their book up? After all, it's a page from GS and buddy Hank. Treasuries yields have risen since Geitner pissed them off at Davos. Hank refused to tell Congress where 2.2 trillion went.

If I was China, i would be talking up treasuries and unloading as many as possible.
