It appears from available evidence that the Acclaim Entertainment suit is pretty much a "PR shot". Neither Spectrum nor Acclaim at this point appear willing to get tangled in a legal mess. This could change...but then again if you look at the executive roster at Acclaim that changes a lot too (grin)! In other news, I received unit sales numbers of 427,000 units for SBYT's new Grand Prix 2, mostly in the European channel. This is a huge number for one quarter. Also, the recently released "Deadlock" (Accolade), a potential competitor to MPS/SBYT's upcoming "Master of Orion 2" has hit the stores. Unfortunately (for Accolade) it appears to be lukewarm, at best. Can't wait for Master of Orion 2. The Simtex(SBYT) team working on this product has never released a loser. It's possible revenues for MOO2 will hit late this quarter. Dan
