Feel free to step on my posts whenever you want.

You do raise some valid points and it's probable that the market for this product is much larger than we imagine, assuming that there is a deal with BT, as you've said.

I do have one question on the technical side concerning something you said. You made the statement "To the degree that the bills are larger, the data binding facility in the 4.0 browsers will enable just relevant sections of a huge bill to be downloaded once a report is requested." I thought, in a previous discussion, that the "server" portion of the program would do the actual search of the database to accumulate the data that had to be downloaded, and that that was the real benefit. Even if the 4.0 browsers utilize data binding, is not the actual search of the database performed over the phone lines.

Maybe this is not a legitimate question and I should go back to my pipes and fittings and leave the technical stuff alone.
