Since the promise to post the bill on the internet was broken, I'm not able to list all the things I object to in the bill.

I can list items that have come to my attention. Off the top of my head and w/o doing any googling.

The $2 billion for "community development" - it will end up in groups like ACORN.

The $30 million to protect the habitat of a mouse in the San Francisco bay area.

All the money for building "frisbee golf" courses, golf courses, and similar projects.

I also object to the Senate bill's removal of Electronic identity checks for workers for contractors on construction projects funded by the bill - those checks would have made sure only American workers got the jobs under the bill.

Let's see the money Pelosi had put in for "contraception" which means abortion as well as contraception.

Each branch of the military was allocated nice round amounts of $4-5 billion each for "base construction" while Obama is telling the military to trim their budgets by 10%. This clearlly isn't based on some identified need. They simply threw a bunch of money at each branch and said build something. While simultaneously telling them to downsize.

With research and the open information I'm sure I could come up with much much more. This hasn't been thought out at all. The word is simply going out ... we're gonna have a big spending bill .... politicians in every state and city were told submit your project ideas .... whatever they could come up with got into the bill and we're gonna borrow about $800 billion more to fund it all.

Oh yeah, there's the replacement of the federal vehicle fleet. Why do that all at once?
