Lots of noise, hubbub, and angst on days like these. While I don't totally discount the possibility of world turmoil leading to a recession, the big momma macro event that swamps out individual stock fundamental research, I don't see that to be a huge possibility presently. No, the real news is the DRAM and affiliated oversupply. That is real, thats the bugaboo all should focus on and report and debate. If this condition did not exist, what with the accelerated move to .25 et al, we could, would, be on the launching pad of a nice 2-4 year upcycle. I personally believed a yaer ago demand was sufficient to ratchet the overcapacity down slowly but surely. Didn't happen, so things are a mixed bag with the negative aspects worsening more than positives improving.
