Our system of law was created based on the premise that it is better to keep 100 guilty people out of jail than to send 1 innocent person to jail. Bush turned that on its head.

Torture is always wrong. This is one area that couldn't be more black and white. What's more is that most professional interrogators will tell you that more useful information is to be had using methods other than torture. So you are wrong on two counts.

You'll be judged on what you did when the hard choices faced you, not on what might have happened.
