Like *Red Green's Possum Lodge, of which I am a member, you need to have an online store where winners can purchase a 'PSSPC' General George Patton-style Mini-Microcap Market battle jacket, a super-fat bullhead T-shirt in Pinkerton pink, and coffee mug or foam beer can muff for their home-office. And, perhaps, you could award a Les Nessman WKRP 'Silver Catfish'* trophy to the person who has the most good picks annually..!!! The use of explosives for catching bottom feeders should be prohibited, however. :-) .
