The markets do look sick. The securitized home loan products have done their damage but the securitized products of auto loans, credit card loans, and corporate loans loom as the next takedown for the financial system. It looks like the wirlpool of ever degrading securitized loans will drag every single one of the largest 25 banks in to pseudo nationalization. Or at least that is what the market seems to be signaling.
