I agree, but wasteful spending is wasteful spending.

Spending on our infrastructure, on education, yes even on condoms.....is not wasteful spending. Wasteful spending is building a knitting museum in podunk America......and even then, it can be argued the museum will provide the local town some needed tourist dollars. Fortunately, this spending bill contains more stimulative items.
