I don't care who is under investigation for what. I think the entire US justice dept is corrupt. Blago appears to also be corrupt but because the US justice dept is corrupt, its hard to know what exactly Blago is guilty of. Some examples of recent US justice dept corruption: - leaking drug tests from baseball players that were stu\ipulated as ANONYMOUS in 2003 - convicting and incarcerating Michael vick for federal dogfighting charges - FEDERAL charges for a gross activity that almost nobody thinks is criminal and certainly not a federal crime - harassing Dell executives for "cookie jar accounting" when Dell is a cash flow business and there is no other way to prepare the books other than cookie jar accounting - trying Joseph Nacchio on insider trading charges for forward looking statements he made that turned out to be too rosy, even though forward looking statements are purely guesses and stated as such etc. I don't know if the DOJ was corrupt in the Clinton era. But it was corrupt in the Bush era and until the entire agency is flushed you really can't trust anything they say/do. Fortunately the public is becoming wise to this.
