This is Briefing.com's take on the market. They usually call things pretty acurately, so everybody be careful out there. Of course, WinStar can go up no matter what the market does. Consolidation is going to continue.

"While off of its lows, market's inability to hold earlier gains in the midst of a Hong Kong recovery is a demoralizing occurrence, and sentiment has certainly taken a hit... Short-term, the Dow is headed to 7600, and if it can hold at that support level, it would suggest that the market is entering a consolidation phase where the Dow will trade between 7600-8200 while digesting the overbought tone from the summer rally... If support is taken out, downside risk over the intermediate-term is 7250 to 7200 on the Dow. "
