Well, you can argue THAT on a million levels. IMHO it would be more important for scientists to weigh in on all the other crap in the popular media where science is constantly hijacked... by companies making claims on products and all that. Religion is WAY down the list... get in line.

Well "The church" WAS Cristianity for a long time... and I would recommend studying up on your history. It would help you understand science much better... since "The Church" was a driving force in it's formation!!

I can see why you hold your veiws. IMHO you can't understand the current hoopla over "evolution" without a good background in the history of the Catholic Church. Period.
