That is a good goal, but first we need to get there from here.

Is it a good goal? I don't know. Maybe if its all voluntarily done but if we legally restrict trade in protectionist ways, there are consequences. Think of the vegetables and fruits we get in winter from Chile or products at prices much cheaper than we can produce them locally. Those could well be lost if we get too restrictive.
