Dear John,

Simula 16G seats are for the most part a complete redesign of the typical commercial airliner seat.

They are:
 lighter (a significant factor)
 more comfortable (as judged by an independent survey)
 stronger (composite seat back, energy absorbing frame structure)
 modular in design (no left, center and right)
 easier to rebuild (fewer parts needing fewer tools)
 and finally, they are the ONLY 16G seat made today which will stay attached to the floor of the aircraft in the event of an actual 16G impact crash.

This is a much better product than the competition has to offer.
