Ted, few Republicans in California want to be on the record supporting the $14B in tax increases.

The Rs got taxes on industry reduced in this budget. Apparently, they don't understand compromise. In fact, the biggest problem with the Rs is that they want everything their way. Its one more reason why the party is dying.
