First of all I would imagine that those people that received shares that did not show any restrictions are selling as fast as they can!
I don't blame them a bit!!! Looks like MVPH made the mistake of issuing unrestricted shares to some PRTI stockholders. As for the PRTI sell-off I don't know. Maybe someone else can shed some light on that issue........Hmmmmmm Joe....do you know anything about it?????????
