So if the states start to fall like dominoes this Spring it will be all OVER by the time the stimulus package kicks in 2010 which I just heard was the date.. It will be complete CHAOS by then and nothing will work.. It's too late. It's all OVER. This should have been done in 2007, if it was to be done at all, to be effective to stop the cascade before it was too late..
