WTF do you need all that space for? Mine's 2500 sf and is half unused. I buy carbon offsets for half our utility bills.

The house is that big because it's a dual dwelling...an elder family member lives downstairs. It is built on a steep slope and so it needed a space below the main floor to raise it off the ground, so I decided to finish that space.

I-node will never understand the mindset of a liberal. Evolution has yet to work its magic on him.
