Mike et al: Just another little bit of info--everyone can decide for themselves whether it is sunshine or clouds. My friendly Primeco salesman was in and did a hands on demo of the Sony CM-B2200 dual band, dual mode phone. It's 800MHz AMPS and 1.9GHz PCS, 4 hrs talk time or 60 hrs standby with Hi-Capacity Li-Ion battery. A CM-B3200 is also on a seperate cut sheet. Color and some other cosmetic features appear to be the only difference. Initial price is expected to be $249 with near term availability, i.e before Christmas. He also had a flyer on the CM-Z100 by Sony--essentially the Q phone feature wise but with a flip down microphone arm instead of the clam shell design. Initial pricing to be at $449. Q not yet available to Primeco although I had been told earlier that they would be in market 10/20. The QCP-1900 available free in lost of 10 or more with service agreement. More later if anyone is interested. Another meeting calls.
