their role is to kill American industry and the economy. Yes and to enrich themselves in the process. Unions today protect the douche bags that wouldn't work without the union. Good people will be paid a fair wage or they will just go elsewhere. The unions job is to screw the employer as hard as they can and then whatever shortfall they have in their budget is made up for by screwing their members. As I told the state president during negotiations right in front of his guys that there are 3 groups sitting at this table. He asked how I figured that. I said the employers are sitting here trying to stay in business, our employees are sitting here trying to get as much of a pay raise as they can and then there is you, the union, the vulture in the corner looking to fuck us both as hard as you can. He about went berserk but it's the truth. I pay my men 48.35 per hour not counting SSI or workers comp. In this area that is huge money. Only problem is the men only see 22 and change in their pocket. The rest is for their wonderful programs. I send 5.85 per hour for each man to their national pension. This pension is on the critical underfunded list and about to be seized by the government due to fraud, theft and mismanagement. Not a day of jail was served by the way and the biggest thief of them all was rewarded with a scholarship fund named after him. At any rate in this wonderful pension if you work 30 years you will retire with 2200 per month. 2200 per f-ing month. They aren't even paying these pour SOB's the money deposited for them with zero interest for gods sake. Oh, and get this. 1600 hours is considered a year of full time employment. What happens with a guy who works 2200 hours you ask. Well that 600 hours of deposits for them is kept by the fund as they have already paid in their year. Not credited to future years, not stop being withheld and on their check, nope stolen by the union. Their health insurance works the same way. You are dealing with organized crime with these criminal sons of bitches and Obama is going to make it easier then ever for unions to thug their way in the door. God help us all. In truth the Republicans have done far more for the working man then the Democrats ever thought of doing. Unions 100% endorse Democrats however. Very similar to minorities. It's Republicans that fought for civil rights and have done more for minorities then Democrats ever thought of doing yet minorities are Democrats by and far. Republicans have always supported Israel. GW was probably one of their staunchest allies in a generation yet the Jewish vote Democrat. I don't get it. So much for enjoying my lunch. I shouldn't have read your post until after:)
